Pre-transit means your order has been confirmed and a shipping label has been created, but the carrier has not yet picked up your package. This typically resolves within 1–2 business days once the carrier scans your parcel.
Yes, this is common especially during transit between facilities. Tracking can sometimes go 2–4 days without an update while your package is in transit. As long as your estimated delivery date hasn't passed, your order is on its way.
Standard US orders arrive within 5–10 business days. International orders typically take 10–18 business days depending on your location and local customs processing.
First check around your property, with neighbors, and at your building's mail room or front desk. Carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered a few hours early. If you still can't locate it after 24 hours please contact us and we will resolve it immediately.
