Warranty Overview
Rewired stands behind the quality of every product we sell. The Rewired Silent Vibrating Alarm Watch is backed by a 1-year limited warranty from the date of original purchase, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions.
This warranty is our commitment to you that if your Rewired watch fails due to a manufacturing defect within the coverage period, we will make it right — with a free replacement or a full refund, at your choice.
This warranty applies to purchases made directly through the official Rewired website. Products purchased through unauthorized third-party sellers are not covered under this warranty.
What the Warranty Covers
The Rewired 1-Year Limited Warranty covers defects that arise from manufacturing — meaning the watch stopped working correctly through no fault of your own. Specifically, the following are covered when they occur under normal use:
- Vibration motor failure — the alarm no longer vibrates or vibrates significantly weaker than at time of purchase
- Display defects — screen stops functioning, displays incorrect information, or develops dead pixels not caused by physical impact
- Button or control failure — buttons become unresponsive or stuck preventing normal operation of the device
- Charging defects — the watch fails to charge through the provided cable when the cable and power source are functioning correctly
- Battery failure — within the first 6 months, if the battery degrades to the point it cannot hold a meaningful charge under normal use cycles
- General manufacturing defects — any failure in materials or workmanship that causes the device to malfunction under intended normal use
Coverage requires that the product has been used as intended and in accordance with the instructions provided. Damage resulting from use outside of normal operating conditions is not covered.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
Making a warranty claim is straightforward. Follow these steps and we will handle the rest.
Resolution Options
When a warranty claim is approved, we offer the following resolution options. You choose what works best for you:
- Free replacement unit — we ship a brand new Rewired watch to you at no charge, with return shipping for the defective unit also covered by us
- Full refund — a complete refund to your original payment method if you prefer not to receive a replacement
We aim to dispatch replacement units within 2–3 business days of claim approval. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned defective unit where required.
In some cases, particularly where the defect can be clearly confirmed via photos or video, we may send a replacement without requiring you to return the original unit. We assess this on a case-by-case basis.
What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover the following. These exclusions exist to protect Rewired from abuse while keeping our warranty meaningful and sustainable for genuine defect claims:
- Accidental physical damage — cracks, dents, broken screens, or any damage caused by dropping, crushing, or impact
- Water damage — damage from submersion, swimming, showering, or any exposure beyond everyday splash resistance
- Misuse damage — damage resulting from use outside of the product's intended purpose or operating guidelines
- Unauthorized modification — any disassembly, tampering, or modification of the device by anyone other than Rewired
- Cosmetic wear — scratches on the watch case, display, or band that do not affect device function
- Band wear — gradual deterioration of the watch band through normal use over time
- Lost or stolen devices — this warranty does not cover loss or theft
- Unauthorized reseller purchases — products not purchased directly through rewired.com or authorized retail partners
- Damage caused by third-party accessories — use of non-Rewired charging cables or accessories that cause damage
We inspect all returned warranty claim units. Claims submitted for damage that falls under the exclusions above will be declined. We will notify you of the outcome and return the unit to you at your expense.
Is the Warranty Transferable?
Yes. The Rewired 1-Year Limited Warranty is transferable. If you purchase a Rewired watch as a gift, the warranty covers the recipient from the date of the original purchase — not the date it was gifted.
To make a warranty claim as a gift recipient, you will need the original order number from the purchase. We recommend keeping a note of this or including it in the gift. The warranty period runs from the original purchase date regardless of when the gift was given.
Your Legal Rights
This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights which vary by state or jurisdiction. Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you in full.
This warranty is provided in addition to, and does not limit, any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws. In states or jurisdictions where consumer protection law provides stronger protection than this warranty, those protections apply.
This warranty constitutes the entire warranty provided by Rewired for the Rewired Silent Vibrating Alarm Watch. No dealer, distributor, agent, or employee is authorized to make any modification, extension, or addition to this warranty.
THE WARRANTIES AND REMEDIES SET FORTH IN THIS DOCUMENT ARE EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW.
